E-rate Bidding

Selected vendor must have SPIN number as an E-rate vendor.  

Final scope of project will be contingent on E-rate funding.

Bids must be received by 3/05/2012

Installation is requested for July 2012, with completion at least by August 3, 2012.

With your bid we need 3 references.

Proposal evaluation will include:

1.   Expertise in meeting the technical solutions

2.   Vendor’s prior work with other school districts

3.   Value and pricing

4.   Proposal presentation – logical, clear and well-organized

This is a list of the items that we would like installed and configured if necessary.   Show brand and model if appropriate, item price and extension for each of these.

9 gigabyte 48port switches

33 access points and controller. I will also need the wiring from the access points back to the patch panel. 

200 Ethernet drops with both ends terminated, one on the patch panel and the other in classroom wall plate.

Here is some dimensions on the Headstart building and here are  square footage on the other building.

All of the walls are made up of cinder block.
