Master's Degree with a valid Texas Administrator Certification required. PDAS certified or ability to complete certification. Previous administrative and leadership experience preferred; minimum of three years teaching experience; ability to evaluate instructional programs and teacher effectiveness; strong interpersonal skills; collaborative leadership skills and ability to facilitate change for continued student improvement; ability to work effectively with students, parents, staff, and communiy
